There are two airports in Bangkok. Most international flights fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). You can fly direct with Eva, Thai and British Airways from London Heathrow. You can also fly indirect from almost any UK departure airport with a wide range of airlines from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The cheapest way to fly to BKK is to go indirect. Bangkok is also an excellent place to fly onto other well known Thai destinations such as Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Krabi.

Premium Economy Flights to Bangkok

Most of the scheduled airlines flying to Bangkok offer an upgraded premium experience to their basic economy service. Look for fares with EVA Air and British Airways as Thai Airways do not offer this service. Features will vary between airlines but the biggest benefit to upgrading is a wider seat with a larger pitch giving you more space to stretch out. Flights to Bangkok from London

You can fly direct to Bangkok from London Heathrow with a number of airlines. Flights from London Gatwick and London Stansted are indirect and usually involve a stopover in a hub in the Middle East or Asia. Flights to Bangkok from Glasgow

You cannot fly direct to Bangkok from Glasgow. Connect via Heathrow with British Airways or via a continental European hub with KLM, Air France or Lufthansa. Do also consider flying via the Middle East with Qatar or Emirates.


Flights to Bangkok from Cardiff

Similar to many UK departure points, you cannot fly direct to Bangkok from Cardiff Airport. The two best options are to fly wither through Doha with Qatar Airways or via Amsterdam with KLM, These airlines offer one stop connections through two of the nicest airport to stopover. Low Deposit Flights to Bangkok

Early bookers can have the option of only paying a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits begin from £75 per person and are not available on all fares to Bangkok so please check with our Thailand flight experts when enquiring. The balance is due ninety days before departure and you can pay in installments up until this point. Please note that deposits are not refundable should full payment not be made.
