Nestled on Dickenson Bay, one of Antigua’s most breathtaking beaches, Antigua Village Condominium Beach Resort is a unique combination of comfort, character and local culture that encapsulates the spirit of the Caribbean. There are a total of 98 individual homes in Antigua Village and approximately half of these are currently available for vacation rental. The properties featured our website are all privately owned; timeshare accommodation is not included in our rental programme. Every home in the rental programme is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner. All homes have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, private bathrooms, air conditioning, direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi channel cable television and free wi-fi. However, many have much, much more, with lots of delightful and thoughtful personal touches added by the owners to enhance your experience. The properties in the rental programme are divided between three categories and are designated into two locations within the resort. There are studios, suites and villas, and they either are located on the beachfront of Dickenson Bay, or around the Antigua Village pool or in our tropical gardens. No home is more than a minute from the beach the pool or the gardens. The highest property is Antigua Village is located on the second floor. Throughout our property descriptions when we refer to ‘Ground Floor’ we are talking about ground level, first floor being immediately above and second floor being above that. All homes have at least one large private terrace or balcony.
House – Beachfront
Deluxe Room
The largest of the properties in Antigua Village is the three-bedroom beachfront house. Ideal for families this beachfront house can comfortably accommodate six people in the three bedrooms. On the ground level, the house has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with loungers overlooking the sea. Also on the ground floor is one bedroom with a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with two single beds ideal for children. Like every unit in Antigua Village, this house is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner nothing is standard. The house is fully air-conditioned, has direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi-channel cable television and free Wi-Fi.

There is currently only one beachfront studio available within the rental program at Antigua Village. This beautiful first-floor unit provides a spacious living for two people sharing. The studio has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a large balcony with sun beds overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This unit like all units in Antigua Village is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner thus nothing is standard. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi-channel cable television and free Wi-Fi. The beachfront suites offer glorious views across the Caribbean Sea and sweeping vistas along Dickenson Bay.

Studio – Garden or Pool View. The majority of properties at Antigua Village are studios and there is a delightful selection with views over the lush gardens or the pool. Our studios are located on either the ground, first or second-floor levels and are perfect for one or two people. However, some are capable of taking up to two additional children or an additional adult on a convertible sofa bed. The average floor space of a Studio is 540 sq. ft. which includes a patio of approximately 160 sq. ft. Every studio in Antigua Village is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner thus nothing is standard. However, all studios have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct dial telephones with voicemail, multi-channel cable television and free Wi-Fi.

Rates for suites are quoted on a basis of two people sharing. Any additional adults will be charged a supplement. We offer a small selection of these lovely properties located in the luxuriant gardens or around the swimming pool area. These villas are either expansive ground floor homes or duplexes either including ground and first or first and second floors. Each villa boasts a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Villas are, of course, fabulous for just two people but in some cases can easily accommodate an additional two adults or two children on a sofa bed. Absolutely ideal for families with young children. Rates for villas are quoted on a basis of two people sharing. Any additional adults will be charged a supplement. The average floor space of an Antigua Village Villa is 840 sq. ft. which includes patio space of approximately 200 sq. ft. Ground floor villas boast one excellent patio area, duplexes generally have two. Every villa in Antigua Village is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner thus nothing is standard. Antigua Village is privileged to have two of the island’s best beach restaurants in close proximity on either side of the resort on Dickenson Bay. With menus offering a wide range of both local and international dishes, Ana’s on the Beach and the Restaurant at Siboney Beach Club should be able to satisfy all your culinary desires
Ana’s on the Beach
Adjacent to Antigua Village, located between the resort and neighbouring Sandals Grande Antigua is Ana’s on the Beach. Everything at Ana’s is set in harmony with the glorious surroundings. The elegant interior design in pink, black and white is beautifully framed from multiple points by the Caribbean Sea. On a crystal clear day, beachfront cabanas provide an exquisite and personal view of the horizon littered with neighbouring islands. Dine alfresco on the sumptuously appointed verandah meant for long lunches and diners. The vibrant art gallery showcases national and international artists, offering diverse styles and subject matter, all bound to catch your eye.
The Restaurant at Siboney Beach Club
Formally Coconut Grove, the Restaurant at Siboney Beach Club is currently closed for renovation. The new restaurant is scheduled to reopen early July 2019.
